Your Role
At Hayes Parsons, we pride ourselves on delivering specialist insurance solutions with a personal touch. The Digital Insurance Schemes Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the coordination, performance, and growth of our digital insurance schemes. This is a client-facing, fast-paced role that combines outbound sales activity with digital coordination and operational oversight.
Working directly with clients, you will be responsible for following up digital leads, converting enquiries into sales, and ensuring our schemes run smoothly across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment with high volumes of outbound calling, while maintaining our high standards of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to follow up on digital leads, provide quotations, and secure new business
- Manage and support the day-to-day operations of Hayes Parsons’ digital schemes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms
- Act as a key point of contact for clients—advising on cover, handling queries, and maintaining excellent relationships
- Coordinate with insurers and underwriters to manage scheme amendments, referrals, and product development
- Work alongside underwriting and marketing teams to maximise lead generation and campaign effectiveness
- Test and update online quote journeys and ensure accurate product information across systems and customer touchpoints
- Analyse data on scheme performance, sales conversion, and client feedback to suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines, GDPR, and Hayes Parsons’ internal standards at all times
- Support with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new or updated digital schemes
- Prepare reports and updates for internal stakeholders on scheme uptake, customer engagement, and sales pipeline
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Experience of outbound calling or telesales
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple schemes and priorities
- Client-first approach with the ability to build rapport
Desirable:
- Previous experience managing digital or specialist insurance schemes
- Working knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements in relation to insurance sales

Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE/A-level standard or equivalent work experience
- Insurance qualifications (e.g., Cert CII) are desirable but not essential
