Apprenticeships and work experience opportunities
At Hayes Parsons, we offer an apprenticeship programme designed to support individuals at the start of their careers in insurance. Our scheme combines hands-on experience with professional qualifications, enabling apprentices to develop practical skills and build a strong foundation for long-term career progression.
We are committed to employing at least one apprentice each year, and many of our former apprentices have gone on to enjoy successful careers within Hayes Parsons and across the wider insurance industry.
We work closely with local schools to provide work experience opportunities for students from Year 10 onwards. Supporting young people within our community is a priority for us, and we are proud to commit to offering a minimum of eight work experience placements each year.
We are always keen to build new relationships with schools and colleges. In addition to work experience, we can provide guest speakers for assemblies, support careers days, take part in mock interviews, and attend careers or jobs fairs.
